My creative intention... To showcase the beautiful & inviting space of the home or building, whether it be for a builder portfolio, holiday home or a home for sale. I have years of expertise in this field of photography, whilst photographing, I will search for the best angles to really enhance the home / building's features.
My style... Clean, Crisp, Sharp, Artistic.
When to shoot... I generally shoot at dusk to use the soft intimate light to make the home or building as warm and welcoming as possible, I believe this generally makes a more interesting shot for a photograph and therefore will attract more potential clientele by giving the home a more elegant and classy look. However I can also shoot in the daytime, to showcase ocean view properties, or light and bright spaces.
Rates... Some homes are big, some are small, some need styling, some do not, my architecture photography starts from $550. Client personalised packages can be arranged, please contact me with your specific requirements and I will be happy to provide a quote.
To ensure your property looks the best it can look, please use the guidelines below as a general rule:
All curtains open
Lights on and all in working order
Windows with views or outlooks cleaned (watermarks show and its almost impossible to remove in post production)
Glass in bathrooms such as mirrors (streaks show and its almost impossible to remove in post production)
Minimalistic style (removal any clutter prior to shoot time)
Taps polished (water marks / dust shows in photographs)
No surface dust on benches (these can really show)
Small styling completed, such as magazines on tables, wine, fruit, plants (all can make the home more appealing, doesn't need to be much, small things such as a bowl of green pairs, or a coffee cup with magazine, throw rugs - can make all the difference)
Outdoor cushions on furniture
Bedrooms made up
Bathrooms with towels
Leaves blown away from verandahs, decks & patios
Garden neat & tidy (such as lawns mowed, weeds removed)
All bins (including indoor and outdoor) hidden away
Cars removed from driveways (if you don't want cars in photographs)
Not all of the above will apply to every property, but this is a good start. Ensuring the above is done prior to my arrival, helps me concentrate on your home and the angles I can get/create for you, rather than the styling. If you need any assistance or have any questions please feel free to contact me as I am here to help.
