All photographic prints and frames are made to order and shipped directly from the print lab to your door. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

Prints are produced on beautiful, archival-grade lustre pearl 300gsm paper, designed to last a lifetime with rich depth, soft texture, and exceptional quality.

Frames are custom-made using high-quality, sustainable timbers, and arrive ready to hang, making it easy to bring a little nature-inspired art into your home.

What paper do you use to print on? How long will it last?: The photo paper used is a beautiful Fine Art Lustre Pearl 300gsm. Its delightful and the colours are just divine. I make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of my products, including the colours. Colour tones may vary depending on your computer screen. The paper is archival and is designed to last a lifetime.
What type of frames do you use?: Frames are custom made, hand-crafted from high quality sustainable wood and quality adhesives.

The glazing is optically pure plexiglass, which enhances the look of the photograph, whilst also being lightweight for hanging, and for transportation, reducing postage costs.

The frames arrive ready to display, and with a traditional frame hanger on the back, its ready to hang, so hanging is a breeze.
How do I care for my photographic print?: As a rule, please be careful not to touch the actual image with your fingers, although this paper is a little more robust, its best not to touch the image itself. Suggestion is to only touch the edges of the paper, even better is the use of cotton gloves to handle the paper.
How long does it take to receive my order and what are the associated costs?: All photographic prints & frames, are made to order and sent from the print lab to your door! Aa a guide delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. (Times may vary, depending on the postal system). International postage is available, (please allow more time).

As a rule, the order is received the next working day by the printing company, they will arrange to print and frame the photograph, pack and send it off within 8-10 working days, then posted direct from their warehouse to you via Express Post (Within Australia).

Postage rates depend on the size and weight of the print/frame ordered. This is all available to see once. you've selected the print/frame you'd like to purchase. As a guide the current rates are approximately:

Small Express $16.50 - Any quantity of prints.

Medium Express $27.50 - Any quantity of wall print packages 8x12" 20x30cm and smaller.

Large Regular $44 - Any quantity of wall print packages larger than print size 8x12" 20x30cm regular post. 10x10” 25x25cm and larger.

Large Express $55 - Any quantity of albums and wall print packages larger than print size 8x12" 20x30cm express post. 10x10” 25x25cm and larger.

Extra large (over 1 metre) Subject to quote - Packages larger than 1 metre cannot be sent via Australia Post. These will need to be quoted to send via courier. Must be to a home address not a PO Box.
What is your returns policy?: I am sorry but I cannot return prints, due to change of mind. All orders are custom made to the specifications you provide. All purchases are final. I am here to help should you have any questions or in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving your print/frame to discuss.
